セントーサ島は、シンガポール政府によって人工的に開発されたリゾートアイランドです。すぐ沖には石油基地があって、タンカーが行きかっているところですから、自然の美しさとはほど遠いですが、それなりに遊べます。
Sentosa Island has been developped into a resort island by the Singaporean Government. Out at sea is located a large oil facility and lots of oil tankers go by. As such Sentosa is far from natural beauty. Yet one can still enjoy various amusements it offers.
