ノイシュバンシュタイン城と並び、リンダーホフ城も狂王ルートビッヒ２世の居城です。すがすがしいノイシュバンシュタイン城とは違い、リンダーホフ城の内部は金箔でまっきんきんで、頭がくらくらしてきます。王の狂気が痛いほど伝わってきます。
Schloss Linderhof was mastered by Ludwig II "The Mad" as well as Schloss Neuschwanstein. Unlike the latter, however, the inside of Linderhof, including each and every corner, is covered with gold, causing one to feel dizzy. It shows the madness of its master so plainly and bitterly.
