ホエール・ウオッチングもグレーシャーベイの魅力の大きな一つです。クジラのほか、シャチやイルカの群れにも逢いました。もちろん、野生動物ですから必ず見られるとは限らないので、逢う確率を増やすためには、やはり日帰りではなく、何泊かのクルーズをお勧めします。
Whale watching is one of the major attractions of Glacier Bay. I was lucky to encounter several whales as well as killerwhales and dolphins. Their being wild animals, it depends on certain luck to see them. Therefore, I recommend to take multi-day cruise to see those friendly creatures.
